A committed servant of God, Mary founded Winners Widows & Widowers International in 2014 with a heart for the vulnerable. She leads the organization's vision and strategy, ensuring that every widow and widower receives the support they need to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.

Pastor Luka Kipchilis
Managing Director & Board Member
An ordained pastor at Upendo Baptist Church in Garland, Texas, Pastor Luka provides spiritual guidance and pastoral care to the widows and widowers we serve. As Managing Director, he oversees the organization's day-to-day operations and ensures our programs align with our faith-based mission.
Hillary Kosgei
Operations Manager & Board Member
Hillary oversees all donation allocations and program implementation on the ground in Kenya. He ensures that every contribution reaches the right members and manages relationships with community leaders. All camp coordinators report directly to him, making him the vital link between donors and beneficiaries.
Fred Kibet
Technology Director & Board Member
Fred leads all technology initiatives for the organization, building and maintaining the digital infrastructure that powers our operations. From donor management systems to communication platforms, he ensures that technology serves our mission of transparency and efficiency.
Kenya Operations Team
Our three community camps are led by dedicated local coordinators, chairpersons, secretaries, and treasurers who ensure programs run effectively and funds reach those who need them most.
